Responsibilities & Services

The Responsibilities of the Financial Services Department is to work directly under the direction of the City Manager and accounts for the City's financial resources. The department is responsible for:
  • Accounting all revenues and expenditures for all city departments
  • Administrating city funds
  • Developing the annual budget
  • Handling utility billing and collections
  • Overseeing all accounts payable / receivable / payroll
  • Investing & protection of city funds & assets / dept administration & financial reporting
  • Governing Financial and account law compliance
  • Grant Administration
  • Capital Projects
