19.0. PURPOSE.

The "I-2" Heavy Industrial District is established to accommodate most industrial uses and protect such areas from the intrusion of certain incompatible uses which might impeded the development and use of lands for industrial purposes.


19.1. PERMITTED USES.

          A building or premises in an "I-2" District shall be used only for the purpose listed in Section 23.


19.2 SITE DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS

Each site in the "I-2" District shall be subject to the following Site Development Regulations.

Lot area Minimum lot width: 100 feet
Lot area Minimum lot depth: 150 feet
Structure Coverage Maximum lot coverage:  50%
Height Maximum height: 45 feet
Building living area Minimum required area: N/A
Front yard Minimum required setback: 25 feet
Rear yard Minimum required setback: 25 feet
Street side yard Minimum required setback: 25 feet
Interior side yard Minimum required setback: 25 feet
Parking Minimum depends on use
