12.0. PURPOSE.

The "MH" Manufactured Housing (HUD Code) Park District is intended to provide for quality manufactured housing park development and maintenance.  Manufactured housing parks are defined  as tracts or units of land under sole ownership  where lots are rented or leased as space to be used  for placement of a manufactured home.


12.1. PERMITTED USES.

          A building or premises in an "MH" District shall be used only for the purpose listed in Section 23.


12.2 SITE DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS

Each site in the "MH" District shall be subject to the following Site Development Regulations.

Feature Regulations
Lot area Minimum lot area: 5,000 square feet
Lot area Minimum lot width: 50 feet
Lot area Minimum lot depth: 75 feet
Structure Coverage Maximum lot coverage:  40%
Height Maximum height: 15 feet
Building living area Minimum required area: 720 square feet
Front yard Minimum required setback: 20 feet
Rear yard Minimum required setback: 15 feet
Street side yard Minimum required setback: 25 feet
Interior side yard Minimum required setback: 10 feet
Parking Minimum of 2 off-street parking per dwelling
