11.0. PURPOSE.
The "SF-M" Single Family Residential District
With Manufactured (HUD Code) Housing is intended
to accommodate the standard single family residential development as found in
the "SF-R" District, except that the use of manufactured housing (HUD
Code) is allowed. This district can also be appropriately located in proximity to multi-family
residential areas.
11.1. PERMITTED USES.
A
building or premises in an "SF-M" District shall be used only for the
purpose listed in Section 23.
11.2 SITE DEVELOPMENT

Each site in the "SF-M" District shall be subject to the following Site
