10.0. PURPOSE.
The "SF-R" Single Family Residential District is intended
to accommodate the standard single family residential development. This
district can also be appropriately located in proximity to multi-family
residential areas.
10.1. PERMITTED USES.
A
building or premises in an "SF-R" District shall be used only for the
purpose listed in Section 23.
10.2 SITE DEVELOPMENT
REGULATIONS
Each site in the "SF-R" District shall be subject to the following Site
